Support That You Can Count On
Transition Support: The 90/60 Plan
When an advisor joins our team for the first time, the transition process is a mission-critical project. It requires significant and detailed planning well in advance of the actual move. Our transition team works to create a custom plan that includes key checkpoints and target dates.
Our objective is to have 90%, or greater, of client assets either transferred or in transit to our respective custodians within 60 days of the start date. This is accomplished through careful planning and execution.
In addition, we work to create an accelerated on-boarding experience for our advisors so that they are properly trained on the necessary systems, people and processes to assure a fast start for them and their clients.
Back Office and Operations
A robust and reliable infrastructure is essential to your business success. Kingsbury provides exceptional service and unlimited access to subject matter experts in all areas related to trading, reporting, portfolio management, client communications, technology, compliance, marketing and other critical business areas.
Kingsbury monitors and manages all securities licensing and compliance requirements including renewals, continuing education and state registrations.
Further, our compliance team works with you to help facilitate your business development, client acquisition and client servicing efforts to make certain that you have the necessary support and confidence to grow and run your business effectively.
